Online Status Reporting

Both Close IT Plus and Digital RE support online status reporting. This service enables your clients to log on to a secure website and view the status of their files 24/7. Thereby cutting down on status calls from your clients and saving your employees time.

Signing up for this service is easy and setting it up is even easier. Once setup, Close IT Plus and Digital RE will automatically update the website any time the status of your files change. Persons viewing status will only be able to see their files(unless they are an administrator) and they will be able to search for files using the borrower's last name, property address or bank loan number. It can also be setup to send an email to your client the moment the status of a file changes!
